i love your guys’ show but PETA…really? theyre almost as bad as ALF and Code Pink. Not only does PETA believe that service animals for the blind should not be allowed, they say Zoo’s and pets are out of the question and they are 100% against animal testing. Some medical breakthroughs that animal testing has brought us are Vaccines: Anthrax, Chicken Pox, Colera, Flu, Hepatitis A and B, Measles, Mumps, Polio, Rubella, Small Pox, Yellow Fever, Tetanus. Medications: Insulin, Penicillin, Pain Killers and Anti Coagulants and many other medical advances. The reason i bring this point up is that PETA’s Vice President Mary-Beth Sweetland has type A diabetes and uses insulin that was developed from animal testing. When questioned about this she said ” I dont see myself as a hypocrite.
