Nakai - Babak’s Cat

Vpod! Hi animal friends!This is a Vpod about my cat. Nakai is an Abyssinian also fondly called the “Aby”, in appearance, Abyssinians resemble the paintings and sculptures of ancient Egyptian cats which portray an elegant feline with a muscular body, beautiful arched neck, large ears and almond shaped eyes. Abyssinians today still retain the jungle look of Felis lybica, the African wildcat ancestor of all domestic cats.We adopted her from a shelter that only has exotic cats. Wild cats, which include Abyssinians have a threshold of being at least a T-4 to be legal house pets, below T-4 is considered wild. Nakai is a T-4 cat, making her a very unique and intelligent pet. We feed her raw and cooked meat every day; she gets very vicious and territorial with her meat, and will not hesitate to fight for it like they do in the wild.

    What a fantastic cat Babak. An elegant feline with a muscular body, beautiful arched neck, large ears and almond shaped eyes. I can’t help but notice her striking resemblance to Melissa.
