Rumi’s impact on philosophy, literature, mysticism and culture, has been so deep throughout Central Asia and most Islamic countries that almost all religious scholars, mystics, philosophers, sociologists and others have referred to his verses during all these centuries. since his death. His message seems to have inspired most of the intellectuals in the world. The Masnavi became known as the interpretation of the Quran in the Pahlavi language. He is one of the few intellectuals and mystics whose views have so profoundly affected the world-view in its higher perspective.
We hope that this short clip will be a good introduction to this great poet and his work.

personally, i learned so much about Rumi
guys, y dont u make a same program about Rumi, with english voice over..
then other people(that dont speak english) can learn about our culture…
ps. i think this kind of programs HAS TO BE in farsi, cause its our culture, about our culture, and farsi makes it so much more enjoyable(?)…
