Hello Bebin Food fans!!
Thank you for all your emails, it’s a joy when viewers email us and ask for recipes and other questions related to our cooking.
This episode was just painful; first off it took several hours to shoot. On top of that I was faced with a challenge; to show the audience how to cook the turkey and the side dishes in less than 10 minutes. I have provided the recipe here, but not the measurements. Remember when cooking you don’t need to follow an exact recipe, always adapt and use your own imagination, but use common sense. A good tip is to taste as you go, each time you ad something taste it. Don’t serve the food and taste it for the first time. I strongly recommend watching Ratatouille; it’s a funny animated movie about a rat that cooks food.
Trivia
Tiam baked the bread.
The wine only cost $2 per bottle and it tasted very good.
First time I did stuffing, and everybody loved it, it shows that my cooking philosophy works: be an artist, adapt and go with the moment.
The tin foil broke down while cooking, so we changed the oven pan when we realized the problem. Basically the turkey was too heavy for the tin.
My wardrobe was provided by Persis, check out his work at www.persisshop.com

Salam fellow Persians. It looks like its a tasty Thanksgiving meal! But it also looks like the Babak guy is gay. Is it just me that thinks this, or is he gay? He acts like a little girl. And the wine drinking doesn’t help. I can understand doing that in fornt of your girlfriend or wife, but just two guys cooking, you actually need a glass of wine??????????? And then he looks like he got a pretty good buzz off of one glass. Sorry, just had to share this.
