Iranian Sushi, Bebin Food with Tiam and Babak

Hi Bebin Food Friends!!This is an old Bebin Food episode that has never been aired before. After couple of meetings we agreed to air this show. Its one of my favorites.We all know that Iranians follow trends and styles. I wanted to show how easy it is to prepare Sushi, its really simple compared to khoreshte fesengjon and other typical Iranian dishes.Buying the ingredients. The tuna and salmon is the most expensive ingredient, and PLEASE don’t go cheap on the fish. Its not a smart move. Iranian rice doesn’t work what so ever, so no BASMATI. Your store has an Asian section where you can find special Sushi rice, and follow the direction on the back. Rice and Fish is the base for Sushi, you can also buy the seaweed papers and make Sushi Rolls.Note, Bebin food doesn’t follows recipe because of one single fact, you always need to change and adapt in the kitchen. Try it with Sushi, use your own imagination and make your own rolls, and please don’t go with Tiams stupid Twix roll.Also guys, cooking Sushi is a great way of impressing your wife/girlfriend. Trust me she will love it. Two reasons why, you prepare raw food and its healthy, its a winning combination.Let me know how it goes.Babak

Thanks for posting this video,like you said Sushi is the best idea for the second date, just put the sushi next to a bottle of fine Chilean wine and trust me it’ll work so smooth and you get laid lol

Just one thing to “True bebintv follower”, we want to show that there are no rules or boundaries in the kitchen.
That’s why we never use any measurment cups for example. So if people are craving ghormeh sabzi goosht , twix in their sushi roll or anything else that’s outragous…GO FOR IT!!

Tiam I am looking forward to try that Twix in Sushi as I don’t like fish may be Twix can be a good substitute.
