Hey Guys, Thanks for your comments, keep them rolling.
To answer couple questions, we have been in Iran for Kale Pache, in matter of fact it was on the corner of Pahlavi/Vanack. Great place.
Again, Bebin Food Undergorund is not a regular cooking show, we do not imitate, we try to find our own style.
If you have any food request, email us.

Thanks Guys for you comments,
Shayan, we are doing our best to show a new style of cooking, where we of course do not measure the ingredients and cook outrageous dishes etc.
Sina, You were absolutely right, My memory failed me, In Iran they serve the Kale Pache by removing all the meat from the head and serve it nicely in a serving plate.
Thanks for watching our Underground show,,,keep watching more to come.

Mmmm, lambhead! It is my favorite dish! Also, it is a romantic choice if one has a date. According to many, eating lamb head is disgusting, but what is better than a piece of bread with the lamb brain. Tasty and healty!
Ohh, btw, Tiam, you guys should cook lamb balls! You can frie it with oliveoil and eat it with lemon and brad. Yummy, Yummy….
